All packages are shipped from West Melbourne, FL 32904.

Domestic Shipping Options:

USPS First Class Mail or Fedex SmartPost
Economy shipping starts at $4.95 for packages under $100, or free for orders over $100.

Your order will be shipped via USPS first class mail if it is under 1 pound, or by FedEx SmartPost if it is over 1 pound. First class mail usually takes about 2-5 days. SmartPost generally takes 2-10 days for most locations in the contiguous United States, and up to 20 days for Alaska and Hawaii. FedEx SmartPost hands the package off to USPS for the final delivery.

Priority Mail / Fedex Home Delivery
For an additional $5 you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) or Fedex Home Delivery (1-5 days).

Or for an additional $8 you can choose Priority mail or FedEx Home Delivery with signature confirmation.

Zpacks IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose signature confirmation or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.

International Shipping Options:

International Mail
International packages are shipped via Fedex International Economy, which takes 4-6 days to clear customs to most destinations. It includes end to end tracking. Orders under $100 ship for $19.95, and orders over $100 ship for $29.95.

Customs Duty Fees
Please note that some countries charge customs duties or VAT taxes at the time of receipt. This is not collected, pre-paid, or determined by Zpacks in any way. We only collect sales tax on orders that are shipped to the US state of Florida. Customs clearance can sometimes hold up packages.
